At StartPrompt, a product of ArkVerse Private Limited, we provide a free tier that allows users to try our service before making a purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Unused services

Exceptionally once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount would be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 5 business days.

3. Free Tier

We encourage all users to thoroughly test our service using the free tier before making any purchase. The free tier provides access to core features and allows you to evaluate if our service meets your needs.

4. Exceptions

In the rare case of a technical issue that renders our service completely unusable and cannot be resolved by our support team, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
